Project Two: Spring Cleaning

Project two involves throwing away one item every day. I've decided to start with something hard to get rid of---so hopefully it'll get easier from here. Men, you may not understand this post at all. It's ok, perhaps try replacing the word "skirt" with "hammer"...

A well-tailored black pencil skirt is essential to any girl's wardrobe. Since the "well-tailored" part is an integral feature of that description I have decided it's time to get rid of my "slightly-faded, not so well-tailored, much to tight" black skirt. Oh the memories we've had. My first real job, my worst job, my best job--we've been through a lot. It's unfortunately time to say goodbye.

Project Two: Spring Purge

February 15 brings the start of the second challenge. I don't know why it took us half way through this month to decide on a project, but we are ready to move forward.

Project Two requires each participant to find one object to get rid of. You can donate, sell or just plain throw it away. It can be a lawn mower or a rubber band, but something has to make its way out of your possession each day. Some things that might make their way to the top of the list: faded and stretched out graphic t-shirts, a collection of Surfer's Journals that never get read, decorative figurines and that pile of construction materials that "we just might use someday".

Mini Project: Floss

Okay, so most of you are doing this every day anyway, so we'll call this one a mini-project. It is as basic as flossing once per day. Next challenge begins on the first of March!
